Dombra.wpntr2018-12-19T18:04:08+00:00It is an ancient instrument with one string which is usually common in the countries from central Asia such as Kazakhistan and rarely in Turkey. Although its strings are traditionally made from fibre, nylon strings are used in the modern version of ‘Dombra’. Its body and handle are made from a single piece of trees such as plum and walnut by carving. It is used in Kazak folk music.
