Its strings are metallic and it is also possible to see sewing silk strings. It has a pear-shaped body made from mulberry tree and its chest is also made from this tree. It has a cylindirical shape and is made from pulm tree. The frets are metallic. It is played by beating two strings together with fingers. It is used in Turkmen folk music
