Enanga Zither

Especiallyseen in Easternparts of Africa, Enanga is a kind of zither made from a long block of wood in run of a vessel. The strings are replaced onto the side facing out wards. You can see the raises and cavities from one side to another used to adjust the strings. The ornamentation is made by fire or it is carved. On the small version of this zither is a picture portraying a rural scenery.
